Primary Frequency Control and Inspection Tests
Within the framework of the Electricity Market Network Regulation and Ancillary Services Regulation, primary frequency control tests must be applied in 50 MW and above generation facilities. Primary frequency control participation rate is applied as 1.00% within the scope of the latest updates.
Secondary Frequency Control and Inspection Tests
Within the framework of the Electricity Market Network Regulation and Ancillary Services Regulation ANNEX-4.B, secondary frequency control tests should be applied in generation facilities of 100 MW and above.
