Monitoring & Surveillance Studies, performed by EPDK when necessary, and the compliance of all kinds of activities, practices, transactions, accounts and financial statements of real or legal persons operating in the natural gas market with the provisions of the relevant legislation and generally accepted accounting principles are determined by the Board and/or the Authority personnel authorized on behalf of the Board. examined by; by detecting possible errors, omissions, irregularities and abuses and applying the necessary sanctions stipulated in the Law; It is a set of efforts to ensure that natural gas is offered to consumers in a way that does not harm the environment within the framework of high quality, continuous, cheap and competitive principles, and to create a financially strong, stable and transparent natural gas market.
